On Friday, November 1st, our players participated in the in-person sessions organized by the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association to assist AVID and other Maryland coaches pursuing the U.S. Soccer Grassroots License.
The National Grassroots Course focuses on creating a positive learning environment through a player-centered coaching approach. This fall’s sessions specifically addressed 9v9 and 11v11 formats.
AVID Soccer Club is proud to collaborate with MSYSA and support local coaching education, which has been part of our mission since 2019.
