The National D Course is designed to cultivate a positive learning environment for coaches working with players aged U7 to U12, focusing on game formats such as 7v7 and 9v9. The course aims to foster a safe and respectful atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and belonging, guiding coaches in planning and executing effective training sessions, engaging players, and organizing game day environments. Participants will undergo both formative and summative assessments to gauge their progress and understanding. Over a span of 9 weeks, the course employs a blended learning approach, featuring four in-person days, weekly virtual meetings, individual sessions with a Coach Educator, and independent learning with assignments.
